Diving & Snorkeling: Ushongo bay is surrounded by coral reefs, which are ideal for scuba diving 
and snorkeling. On Maziwe Island, a Marine Park reachable by boat there is a stunning diversity of tropical
fish, which can be seen by snorkeling. There is a nearby Dive center with PADI certification offering the full
range of training courses and equipment; rental/excursions for experienced divers.

Fishing: 
There is a variety of fish including tuna, sharks, kingfish, red snapper, tuna, bonito, mackerel, red snapper, 
wahoo, marlin and sailfish (some of them catch-and-release). You have the choice of fully equipped power 
boats, or going out with local fishermen.

Sailing & Windsurfing

We have a Hobie 16 LE Race Catamaran, which is ideal for sailing along the coast.  
This is a boat for experienced sailors. The Catamaran can be rented with the house. Please ask for details.  

-Jahazi (traditional boat) sailing in bay can be organised with fishing village
-Windsurfers can be rented from two nearby lodges

Walks
-Enjoy walks on endless sandy beaches north and south directions and discover the birdlife
-Visit two nearby fishing villages
